Step 4 Agreement: Article 2; EEO official travel time policy (1982)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses the official time policy for EEO representatives that was published in August 1980 at the Miami, FLorida Post Office.  During our discussion, the parties agreed to resolve the case based on the understanding that EEO representatives, if in an active duty status, are entitled to official time for travel from one location to another in the same building when performing duties as a representative.
