The dispute at issue in the instant grievance is whether local management acted improperly by not removing employee's PS Forms 3971 from PSDS files. After further review of the matter, we mutually agreed that there was no National interpretive issue fairly presented as to the meaning and intent of Article V of the National Agreement, however, local management will comply with their Step 2 decision dated October 13, 1981. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for further processing consistent with this decision.
