Part 513.37, ELM, represents the Postal Service’s official policy concerning restricted sick leave and discussions concerning minor offenses shall be conducted in accordance with Article 16, Section 2, of the National Agreement. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded to Step 3 for further processing, if required.
