This grievance involves the official time policy for EEO representatives that was published in August 1980 at the Miami, Florida, Post Office. During our discussion, we agreed to resolve the case based on our understanding that EEO representatives, if in an active duty status, are entitled to official time for travel from one location to another in the same building when performing duties as representative.
