The grievance concerns whether the steward, on learning that local management is maintaining records of productivity of manual distribution clerks, is entitled to review those records pursuant to Article 17, Section 3. We mutually agreed that the steward certainly is entitled to review records of this nature pursuant to Article 17 and Article 31.
