The question raised in this grievance involved the denial of a request by the grievant to review her own file. Whether the information requested should be released is a question suitable for determination at the regional level. Further guidance to resolve this dispute is contained in 353.324 and 353.326 of the Administrative Support Manual. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
