The issue in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement by denying the grievant information. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that under Article 31, Section 2, of the National Agreement, Request for information pertaining to purely local matters should be submitted by local union representative to the installation head. If relevancy can be established pursuant to the provisions of Article 31, then management will provide such information to the union. It is our position if a search must be performed by professional or managerial personnel there will be a fee.
