The issue in this grievance is whether local management violated the National Agreement by denying a former employee, who is a certified union steward, access to the Flushing, New York, Post Office. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full and final settlement of this case:
The individual named in this grievance will be allowed to enter the facility to perform the functions of a steward or chief steward in accordance with the
provisions of Article 17.2D.
