The issue in this grievance is whether the holiday schedule was properly posted. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent full settlement of this case:
Part-time flexible employees while detailed to another facility may be utilized for holiday work, provided they possess the necessary skills needed to perform the required duties. The parties at this level further agreed that there is no contractual obligation to utilize employees from other associate offices in the holiday scheduling at the Hutchinson, Kansas office.
