The issue in this grievance is whether the grievant is entitled to holiday work pay in addition to holiday leave pay while on court leave. During discussions, this case was identified as being similar to case H1C-5K-C 27458 which was pending arbitration at the national level. Accordingly, it was agreed to hold this case in abeyance at the national level for possible application of the arbitration award. On April 4, 1986, Arbitrator Richard I. Bloch rendered a decision on case H1C-5K-C 27458. It is our mutual agreement to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for application of the principles contained in the Arbitration decision of Arbitrator Bloch (attached).
