The question raised in this grievance involved the assignment of duties to a rehabilitated employee in the Computer Forwarding Unit. During our discussion, you inquired if the rehabilitated employee had bumped a full-time employee from the Computer Forwarding Unit. Our investigation disclosed that no bumping occurred. It is the understanding of the parties that presently the rehabilitated employee is working not more than 6 hours per day in the Computer Forwarding Unit. Should a full-time assignment become available in the Computer Forwarding Unit, such assignment will be filled in accordance with appropriate provisions of the National Agreement. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this grievance is hereby resolved.
