The issue in this grievance involves the purchase of MPLSM chairs. During our discussion of this matter, we determined that the subject chairs were purchased prior to April 1, 1984. This purchase complies with the August 10, 1983, agreement in case H1C-3W-C 19748. Therefore, we agreed to consider this case closed.
