This is in reference to our recent discussions concerning the provisions set forth in Article XV, Section 2 of the National Agreement with respect to Step 1 discussions on grievances. It is mutually agreed that when the "Union" files a grievance at Step 1, the authorized union official filing the grievance is the only appropriate party required to meet with the supervisor and discuss the grievance pursuant to Article XV, Section 2, Step 1 of the National Agreement.
