This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved whether an acting supervisor (204-B) was improperly performing bargaining unit work on August 29 and 30, 1981. Based on the facts as presented in the parties respective files, they mutually agreed that PSDS technicians, who are detailed to supervisory positions, are prohibited from performing bargaining unit work. This settlement did not prejudice either party in the current Article 1, Section 6 dispute that was presently in National level arbitration.
