Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 1.6; Supervisors performing bargaining unit work (1991)

The issue in this grievance is whether management violated Article 1.6 of the National Agreement by obtaining reports from the Electronic Time Clock (ETC) System.  After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case.  We also mutually agreed that National Award AC-N-6922 should be applied to the fact circumstances.  Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
