During our discussion, we concluded that at issue in this grievance is whether the subject employee was properly credited sick leave. After reviewing the information provided, it is our mutual position that Part 513.21 of the Employee and Labor Relations Manual clearly states part-time employees will be credited one hour for each unit of twenty hours in pay status for each pay period. Accordingly, with this understanding, we agreed to consider this grievance closed.
