We mutually agreed to resolve the grievance, based on the fact circumstances of the case, in the following manner: The letter removing the employee from the restricted sick leave list will be removed from the employee's official personnel folder. The above action is taken as per the grievance resolution dated May 29, 1980. The resolution of this grievance is on a non-precedent, non-citable basis and without prejudice to either party.
