Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 19; Handbooks and Manuals (1983)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether a MPLSM clerk can be instructed to weigh mail from the error and/or misfaced bins as an allied machine duty. After further review of the matter, the parties mutually agreed the disputed duties could be considered allied machine duties and could be assigned to a MPLSM crew member.
