The question raised in this grievance is whether limited duty personnel may be utilized in the medical office to perform administrative duties. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. We further agreed that limited duty employee s may be utilized in the medical office. However, the maintenance of restricted medical records are handled in accordance with Part 221.3 of Handbook El-806. The parties at Step 3 are to apply the above-understanding to this case in order to resolve the issue. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary.
