The issue in this grievance is whether using Postal Service Test O/N-400 for selection to the Small Parcel/Bundle Sorter Operator position violates the National Agreement. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that this issue has been resolved with the following:
1 . Postal Service Test O/N 400 is the appropriate exam for new employees entering the Postal Service for all machine positions.
2 . However, for bidding purposes only, Tests O/N 400 and O/N 440 are interchangeable.
