Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 25; Higher Level Assignments (1985)

The issue in this grievance is whether the Postal Service may settle an administrative EEO case in a manner that is contrary to the provisions of the National Agreement. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following constitutes full settlement of this case: Detailing of employees to higher level bargaining-unit work shall be done in accordance with Article 25, Section 4, of the National Agreement.
