The issue in this grievance is whether management has violated the National Agreement by utilizing a procedure to time labeling mail in the CFS Unit. During our discussion, we mutually agreed there is no violation of the National Agreement in this regard. This procedure is used to determine average work performance. It is not a Work and Time Standards Procedure. This document contains two Article 34 related issues; a Clerk Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 1 and a Maintenance Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 2.
