During our discussion we mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National level as to the existing criteria for determining whether an installation is entitled to have a position of Clerk-Finance Station, level PS-6. This criteria clearly states that this position is authorized, in post office with one hundred (100) or more bargaining unit employees. No exception to this criteria is provided. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to step three for further discussion and resolution at that level. (Unsigned by APWU Representative)
