The issue in this case is whether the grievant was properly denied a Clerk, Finance Station, Level 6 position because he did not have one year of experience as a Window Clerk. Based upon the facts presented in our respective files, we mutually agreed that the qualification standard (clerk, Finance Station, Level 6, 2320b) was properly applied in this instance.
