Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.9; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1982)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved whether management was proper in posting a Relief and Pool Distribution Window Clerk duty assignment with Accountable Papers Clerk duties as needed. It was the parties mutual understanding that the disputed relief assignment was properly posted and filled in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding dated March 3, 1975, and Article 37, section 3.F.9 of the National Agreement.
