This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether adding the language "and all other stations as assigned" on job postings for Pool Assignment positions conflicts with Article 37, Section 3,E of the National Agreement. After reviewing this matter, the parties mutually agreed that this issue may be resolved by application of the Pool & Relief Assignment Memorandum of Understanding of 1975.
