This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether EDITS were properly performed and included in the grievant’s Individual Performance Record. After reviewing this matter, it was mutually agreed that this was a local dispute suitable for regional determination by application of Article 37, Section 4.A.3 to the fact circumstances, and that management is not precluded from running EDITS while employees are working in an overtime status.
