Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 38; Maintenance Craft (1988)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether a notice of intent for a relief position to cover several occupational groups and levels violated the National Agreement. After reviewing this matter, it was mutually agreed that as stated in a previous Step 4 decision, the establishment of relief assignments, in the maintenance craft, would be kept to a minimum and within the same occupational groups and levels.
