During our discussion, we mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Article VIII, Section 4 concerning out-of-schedule pay for work performed outside the grievant's former schedule which had been changed due to his being awarded a new bid. Accordingly, as further agreed, this case is hereby remanded to Step 3 for further processing by the parties at that level based upon the fact circumstances involved.
