The issue in these grievances is whether management violated Article 8 when the grievants, who were called in as EEO witnesses, were denied guaranteed work or pay for being called in out of their regular schedule. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to settle these cases in the following manner. Without prejudice to the positions of either party and with the understanding that this settlement will not be cited at any step of the grievance/arbitration procedure, or any other forum, the grievants will be compensated for the balance of the four hour guarantee. The parties further mutually agreed that this settlement is non citable, nonprecedential and in full settlement of all issues arising from these grievances.
