The question raised in this grievance addresses the application of Article XVII, Section 6, and Article XXXI, Section 1, of the 1978 National Agreement. A final settlement in all matter relating to this dispute, the parties at the National level agree to the following resolution:
The Union representatives in this installation shall continue to be allowed to distribute union related materials to employees during new employee orientation.
