The supervisor's actions in securing the building were in accordance with Article 1, Section 6. To this extent, the grievance is denied. However, the evidence presented does not indicate a necessity for the supervisor to have "repaired" the street storage box. Local management is being advised that supervisors are prohibited from performing bargaining unit work except as specifically provided for in Article 1, Section 6 of the National Agreement.
