We recognize that in the interest of maintaining good labor/management relations, it is necessary for management to make every effort to respond to all issues discussed at labor/management meetings in as short a time as practical. Based on this understanding which we arrived at during our Step 4 meeting, we mutually agreed to consider this case resolved.
