The issue presented by the APWU is whether it was a violation of Article 32.1 and 2 of the National Agreement when the Union was notified on September 24, 2012, of the Postal Services intent to convert Postal Vehicle Service (PVS) at the Youngstown, OH Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) to Highway Contract Route (HCR).
After further review, the parties agree the above referenced Motor Vehicle Craft grievance is resolved. The Union was given notice on May 1, 2013, that all prior notices of mode conversion at the Youngstown P&DC were rescinded.
