Each year, we meet as a group focusing on Issues  relating to the 21 Bulk Mail Centers (BMC). The Conference will provide a great opportunity to meet as a  group with common interest and challenges to discuss recent developments and exchange information with  emphasis on the Postal Service's latest plans for the  BMC also known as National Distribution Center (NDC).
