The Prairie Meadows Casino, Racetrack, and Hotel, located at 1 Prairie Meadows Drive, Altoona, IA, with a guestroom rate of $149.00 per night plus taxes (currently 12%) available in the conference block. Reservations must be made by midnight (12:00:00 AM CST) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, or before the reserved rooms are sold out. Post-cutoff date, the hotel will assess total reservations and release rooms accordingly.

Non-PPA Members: $275.00
The registration fee covers workshops, the welcome reception and dinner, movie night and other refreshments, and the Awards Banquet. Please note that the fee is all-inclusive and must be paid in full before you can finalize your registration form. Once the list is complete, we will provide the class schedule for you to choose from.
