APWU Election Ballot Count

Members of the APWU Election Committee collected ballots for the 2013 election of national officers from the designated post office box at 2 p.m. on Oct. 7 and transported them to the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Washington DC, where they will be counted. UPDATE: (10/07/13 - 9:45 p.m. Eastern Time) Voters' eligibility has been verified and some envelopes have been opened, but no ballots have been counted yet. Activities have adjourned for the evening and will resume on Oct. 8 at 7 a.m.

Voters’ eligibility will be verified and the ballots will be opened, scanned, and tallied by the American Arbitration Association, under the supervision of the Election Committee.

Unofficial results will be posted online as soon as the vote tally begins, and will be updated frequently. Click here to view the results.
