Attend the APWU POWER Eastern/Northeast Regions Educational Conference

The APWU POWER Eastern/Northeast Regions Educational Conference will take place Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28, 2016. (Participants should plan to arrive at the hotel on Wednesday, October 26. The conference starts at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday and adjourns no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday).

WHERE: Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel, located on the Boardwalk, 1416 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

ROOM RATE The room rate is $59.00 for single/double occupancy, plus $25.00 in additional taxes and fees, and 14% tax per night. To make room reservations, contact the hotel at 1 (888) 516-2215. To receive the group rate, inform the hotel that you are with the Post Office Women for Equal Rights Conference. (This rate is not available for Friday, October 28 or later). The hotel requires that one night’s lodging be paid in advance by a major credit card. To receive a refund, reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Please obtain a cancellation number. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL INFORMATION & FEES
1. In order to prevent the hotel from charging $100.00 per day for incidental expenses at check-in, all charging privileges in hotel rooms will be turned off. All POWER guests will be listed as CASH ONLY.
2. If damages occur to the hotel room, the guest assigned will be responsible for payment.
3. An early departure fee of one night’s lodging will be charged to guest checking out prior to their confirmed check-out date.

PARKING Self-Parking - $5.00 per day, plus tax. Valet-Parking - $10.00 per day, plus tax.
