Parties Agree on Updated Q&As for MOU, Re: Residual Vacancies – Clerk Craft

On March 30 2022 the APWU and USPS agreed to an updated version of the Questions & Answers for the MOU Re: Residual Vacancies – Clerk Craft. During the 2021 contract negotiations the parties made improvements to the MOU which necessitated new Q&As being added to the previous April 8 2020 version. After the APWU membership voted to ratify the 2021-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement the Clerk Craft began discussions with the Postal Service to ensure a better understanding of the changes agreed upon in the MOU. The new edition of the Q&As is attached.
