Preparations Underway for 2017 All-Craft Conference

Preparations are underway for the 2017 All-Craft Conference, which will be held at Bally’s Las Vegas, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109.

• All Craft Conference will be held Monday, Oct. 2 through Wednesday, Oct. 4.
• Retirees Conference will be held Monday, Oct. 2 through Wednesday, Oct. 4.
• Legislative Conference and  Training will be held Sunday, Oct. 1
• Secretary-Treasurer’s Training will be held Friday, Sept. 29 through Sunday, Oct. 1
  
  • Classes offered are:
    • Officer’s Fiduciary Responsibilities Training
    • QuickBook Beginners Training
    • QuickBook Advanced Training
• President’s Conference will be held Saturday, Sept. 30 through Sunday, Oct. 1

Registration Fees and Information

• Registration for the All Craft Conference will open at the end of May. The cost is $85 for early (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5:00 pm EST) and $135 for late.
• Registration for the Retirees Conference will open at the end of May.  The cost is $40 for early (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5:00 pm EST) and $45 for late.
• Registration for the Legislative Conference and Training will open at the end of May.  The cost is $40 for early (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5:00 pm EST) and $45 for late.  Please note that the registration fee includes a boxed lunch.
• Registration for the Secretary Treasurer’s Officer’s Fiduciary Responsibility Training will open at the end of May.  The cost is $135 for pre-registration (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m.) and $190 for late (by Friday, Sept. 8 at 5 p.m.)
• Registration for the Secretary Treasurer’s Beginners QuickBooks Training will open at the end of May.  The cost is $195 for pre-registration (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m.) and $230 for late (by Friday, Sept. 8 at 5 p.m.)
• Registration for the Secretary Treasurer’s Advanced QuickBooks Training will open at the end of May.  The cost is $195 for pre-registration (by Monday, Aug. 21 at 5 p.m.) and $230 for late (by Friday, Sept. 8 at 5 p.m.)

Additional Details

• The room rate is $99/night, plus daily $25 resort fee (single/double occupancy – additional persons $30/per night/per room), which includes unlimited local phone calls, two guest admissions per day to the fitness center, and in room internet for up to two devices. The cutoff date to make reservations with the hotel is Sunday, Aug. 27.  After this time, rooms may not be available at the group rate.

  • The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club.  If paying by check, it must be received at least thirty days prior to the first arrival date. 
  • Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am.  Any departures after 11 am are subject to the full day charge. 
  • Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older.
• Cancellation: without penalty up to seventy-two hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.
