Operating and Facility Services

The Support Services Division represents Postal Headquarters employees who perform all maintenance and custodial type of work at the L’Enfant Plaza and Merrifield, VA HQ facilities. Prior to 2010 these employees were covered under their own separate collective bargaining agreement. In 2010 these units merged into the APWU main collective bargaining agreement, under Article 40.
