COLA for Employees Covered by the IT/AS Agreement
In October, the first month of the six-month adjustment period for the sixth COLA under the 2022-2025 IT/AS Agreement, the CPI-W Unadjusted Index (1967=100) rose from last month to 921.484, an increase over the September 2024 index level upon which employees received the last COLA.
If the adjustment was made based on the October 2024 Index, the adjustment would be:

However, the sixth COLA under the 2022-2025 IT/AS Agreement will be based on the March 2025 Index, and would be effective May 03, 2025 (pay period 11-2025, pay date May 23, 2025).
