Event Details
The BMC Conference will take place on Thursday, October, 9, 2025, at 9:00 am after the All Craft Conference. There is no charge for the conference, however, registering for it is essential to ensure we have an accurate number of attendees so that appropriate arrangements can be made. All members are welcome.
Agenda item forms will be sent to local BMC presidents. Presidents will also be able to submit issues for discussion, which will be separated by craft.
A deadline will be established for the return of the agenda item forms to have enough time to organize the responses and develop the booklets that will be provided during the conference.

Hotel Rate:
$109/night + tax, including the $37/night resort fee
The resort fee includes:
- Unlimited local phone calls
- Two (2) guest admission per day to the fitness center
- In-room internet for up to two (2) devices per room, per day
