Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 7; Employee Classifications (1984)
Return to Contract DatabaseThe question raised in this grievance is whether or not management properly assigned duties requiring scheme knowledge to an employee serving a casual appointment. It is our understanding the subject employee has been given a career appointment. Therefore, we agreed to administratively close this case. We further agreed that this action is without precedent and without prejudice to the position of either party, and may not be cited by either party in any future grievance, hearing, arbitration or for any other purpose whatsoever.
