During our discussion, we agreed to resolve this case based on our understanding of Article XIV, Section 2 which provides that when employees notify their supervisors of unsafe conditions, the conditions will be investigated immediately and corrective action taken if necessary. We also agreed that no further action is necessary to resolve this case.
