Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.A.8; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1983)

The question raised in this grievance is whether the initial 204-B classroom training described in that grievance is counted towards the four-month period referenced in Article 37.3.A.7. During our discussion, we agreed that any formalized supervisory training program is included in the four-month period. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for application of the foregoing to the fact circumstances involved and final resolution.
