Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.7; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1984)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether management violated Article 37 by administering a Window Clerk examination 12 days after the grievant had completed training. It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case in that the Window Clerk examination is to be conducted on the last day of training, and that the grievant would be allowed to retain and take a timely examination, if he still desired to be trained as window clerk. If so, and if successful, the grievant would be placed in the next window clerk vacancy.
