Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 38; Maintenance Craft (1986)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether management properly updated names on the Promotion Eligibility Register (PER). During the discussion, it was mutually agreed that the names would be added to the PER in accordance with Article 38.2.C.5 of the 1981 National Agreement. The removal of names of ineligible employees was to be on a case-by-case basis, including the failure of required training.
