The grievance concerns whether a "note book" containing the dates, times, and subject matter of discussions held with employees may be passed from one supervisor to another. We mutually agreed that the dispute as related by the information in this grievance, is not interpretive. The parties have consistently agreed that the procedure related by this grievance is improper, as supervisors will not exchange written notes regarding discussions. The outgoing supervisor may orally exchange information relative to discussions with the employee's current supervisor when requested. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded to Step 3 for further processing as appropriate.
