The question raised in these grievances is whether union representatives were improperly denied Forms 2608. During our discussion, we agreed to full and final settlement of the cases as follows:
1. The PS Form 2608 is not completed by the Postal Service at the time of the Step 1 discussion. Therefore, it is not available for the union to review until Step 2.
2. If at Step 2 or any subsequent step of the grievance procedure the union requests to review the completed PS Form 2608, it will be made available.
